    As I was driving to work this morning I saw a person walking down the street smoking a cigarette and drinking a protein shake at the same time?!?! The optimist in me said “Well at least he is getting some nutrition,” but is he really getting the Right Fuel? I am sure you know someone who does a few healthy thing for themselves… and all of a sudden they are a health guru… Lol.     Not all calories are created equal – Part 2

    Remember Jane and Lisa from “Not all calories are created equal” Part 1: Background Let’s take a quick look at how Jane and Lisa are doing on their diets.  From Part 1 of this post.  Lisa is a client of mine and her friend Jane lives out of town! Jane began working with her nutritionist at the same time Lisa started working with myself.  Now after that quick refresher lets see how they’re doing 2 months later.  Both Jane and Lisa started in January with the goal of losing 30 pounds!!     Not all calories are created equal.
