    Time and time again I hear excuses and even worse “blame” for why someone is not in shape, or just healthy in general.     Not all calories are created equal – Part 2

    Remember Jane and Lisa from “Not all calories are created equal” Part 1: Background Let’s take a quick look at how Jane and Lisa are doing on their diets.  From Part 1 of this post.  Lisa is a client of mine and her friend Jane lives out of town!       As a new year approaches, talk of the new years resolutions start buzzing around the gym.  I can’t help but remember one of the most popular reality shows “The Biggest Loser”.
