Time and time again I hear excuses and even worse “blame” for why someone is not in shape, or just healthy in general. My favorite is when they blame someone else for the reason they are out of shape and unhealthy!! Hearing this drives me crazy! As I was driving to work this morning I saw a person walking down the street smoking a cigarette and drinking a protein shake at the same time?!?! The optimist in me said “Well at least he is getting some nutrition,” but is he really getting the Right Fuel?
