    Do You Get Enough Sleep??

    So how many hours of sleep did you get last night??  Was it enough… how do you feel?? I personally fall in the “Okay” category.  But to be honest I have always slept for around 5 hours and feel great in the mornings!! There are those days then it starts to catch up with me and I crash for a good 8 hour night 🙂 So #FIRST# how much sleep do you get??
